We met in Humboldt County in 2002 while co-managing an Italian Restaurant known as Mazzottis.  In 2005 we moved to Olympia, Washington where Woody worked as a Sous Chef at Anthony's Homeport.  Celena took a break from the restaurant industry and pursued my passion in horse training.

In 2012, Woody was offered the Head Chef position at Anthony's Old Mill in Bend, Oregon and we relocated.  Always keeping an eye out for new opportunities, Woody continued to pursue small business operations which he could call his own.  He saw The Sandwich Factory and Landmark Catering as an exciting new opportunity and purchased the business in November 2015.

Curently Celena trains horses for Sabiq Arabian Ranch and rides and competes in endurance.  She is the behind the scenes organizer of staff and bookkeeping for The Sandwich Factory and Landmark Catering.

When Woody finds time away from the restaurant,  he enjoys rock-hounding,fishing and hiking.  Both of us  are rarely seen without our dogs by our side enjoying Central Oregon to it's fullest.

It is both our dream to continue to build on the catering aspect of the business in order to showcase Woody's true talents.
